In Message Calling - "VHQ" allows you to make in message calling while retrieving your messages. You no longer have to make several calls to return messages. Now you can receive a message, respond to it and go back to your other messages, toggling back and forth until you're finished without ever having to hang up.
Cardless Calling - "VHQ" allows for cardless calling with prepaid long distance minutes at significantly low-low rates to anywhere in the world, from any phone and from any place you happen to be.
Speed Dialing - "VHQ" gives you up to 99 numbers to use for speed dialing.
Message Distribution - "VHQ" allows you to distribute voice messages in and out of the system to a single number or lists of numbers. You can have up to 90 lists and each list can have as many as 63,000 numbers. Just think of the broadcast capability this gives you.
Fax Receiving and Sending - "VHQ" can detect fax tones to receive or send faxes, and also notifies you when a fax has been received. You can also have faxes forwarded to a specific number to be received and/or retrieved anywhere and at your convenience.

VHQ Optional Features

Just look at some of the optional features "VHQ" offers...

Email - "VHQ" is beneficial when you receive an email and you are not near your computer. "VHQ" allows you to use your voice phone to receive and respond to email sent to your POP3 email account. Your selected email messages are automatically converted to voice messages using "text to speech" technology. The response is sent back as a voice file attachment.
Six Alternate Greetings - "VHQ" gives the subscriber the ability to record up to six (6) different greeting to be played to callers. The greetings can be variations of caller options for messaging, notification, shadowing and call directing as mentioned above. Or the greetings can reflect changes in work schedules and the subscriber's ability to respond to calls.
Group Member Messaging - "VHQ" gives the subscriber the ability to have recipients of recorded messages respond with a reply message in the subscriber's voice mail box.
List Caller Service - "VHQ" allows the subscriber to create 90 lists of up to 63,000 members for distribution of voice and fax messages.
Numeric Paging - "VHQ" for message notification for voice, fax, email messages or caller on hold.
Alpha Numeric Paging - "VHQ" alerts you when a fax, email or voice message has been received. The alpha numeric pager displays:
 •the time and date the message was received,
 •type of message; voice, fax, or email,
 •caller on hold and the call back number,
 •Email message -up to 140 characters.
Email notification - "VHQ" Enhanced Service benefits the subscriber when they receive an email and are not near their computer.
Inbound Call Director - "VHQ" allows the subscriber to have the capability of sending the caller to the subscribers "VHQ" service or to give the caller up to eight (8) optional "VHQ", voice/fax, Fax On Demand, and direct dial mailboxes
Voice mail - "VHQ" Basic voice mail box that allows you to receive and collect messages. Options to voice mail are fax receive and pager notification.
Fax On Demand - "VHQ" allows the subscriber to give callers a product presentation and send a follow up fax to the caller's keyed in fax number.
Direct dial mailbox - "VHQ" allows the subscriber to direct a caller to a specific phone number.
